September - October schedule consists of our regular Pole Dance classes, New Pole Dance Fundamentals course, Flexibility/Contortion classes, private slots, morning classes and guest instructors for Heels Choreography!

Pole Dancing, Contortion Fundamentals, Flexibility, Open Classes & Heels Classes

Pole Dancing

Focusing on building dance movement around the pole including spins, tricks, floorwork, inversions and aerial tricks. Strength, flexibility and flow of movement are built throughout this class.

Duration: 1.5 hrs

Contortion Fundamentals, Stretching & Flexibility

These classes are a perfect combination with your Pole classes, since flexibility conditioning is a basic foundation for Pole Dancing techniques. You can join this class even if you are not attending our Pole Classes. Also available online.

Duration: 1hr

Open Class

Self-Practice for experienced Pole Dance students or non-studio members.

Available upon request.

New Pole Dance Course

Fundamentals for Beginners

Are you thinking of entering the world of Pole Dance? Then this 4 week course is for you -  The Beginner Fundamentals Course is the most effective and enjoyable way to start your Pole journey!

As a participant you will not need any kind of dance or gymnastics background to follow this class. Our instructor will guide you through simple steps for dancing around the Pole, while adding exercises that build strength for your grip and core in order to control and hold your body onto and against the pole.

You will need a solid foundation before you start practising more complicated spins, inverted moves, routines and combos on the floor and in the air. Learning to work with your partner, The Pole, is another part of the Pole practise, besides learning how to move around, climb up, engage in beautiful and powerful movement and perform acrobatic tricks.

Pole Dancing requires fluid movement, strength and technique. While these elements need to be practised overtime to progress and understand, this course will prepare and introduce an understanding on how these elements work as a whole - while following a safe, structured and most of all an enjoyable way to learn, while giving you the time you need during class to learn at your own pace!

In addition, floor work and spins around the pole are a big part of Pole Dance (basework) not just inversions and tricks in the air. Basework helps build your strength, awareness, body control, movement memory in collaboration and harmony with your Pole.

By the end of this course you should already feel more connected to your body, memorise movement variations and move more freely around your Pole, ready to take the step into the next level! Self-confidence and enjoying your time with us is our priority at Flying Dolls and we promise to deliver what we do best!

Our Beginners Fundamentals Course starts this September, every Wednesday at 17:30.

Additional course dates will be added if demand is high. Spots are limited and pre-bookings are essential.

Heels Choreography

Kick off your Pole Dancing heels journey with us!

In this class you will explore choreography themes, musicality, expression legwork, floor work and acrobatics (off and on the pole). Managing your balance while dancing around the Pole in heels is another kind of artistry which requires control, sensuality, grace, strength and technique.

Our aim is to make you fall in love with your self, feel bolder, explore your sensuality, discover your own dancing style, and love the diverse world of Pole Dance even more.

Essentials: Kneepads, socks, t-shirt and Pole Dancing heels are required. First classes are adjustable for no-heel owners, socks are your bff!

Level: Beginner to intermediate. Previous experience with Pole Dancing such as beginner level is required.

Feel free to wear your favorite or special outfit and fancy socks!

Duration: 1.5hrs

Guest instructors are available throughout the season.
